BTS V is proving why he is called ‘the sexiest member’ of the group yet again, as a new magazine cover has fans celebrate the beginning of the ‘solo Kim Taehyung’ era.

V, aka Kim Taehyung of South Korean pop juggernauts BTS, is also the most popular Bangtan member on Instagram, where he boasts over 60.9 million followers. Along with his Instagram popularity, the music star is the official ambassador of luxury brands Celine and Cartier.

BTS V is living up to his ‘sexiest member of BTS’ title in the latest Pop Magazine cover of September.

The celebrity icon had a smokey eye look and fringe leather jacket. V will be gracing the cover of three magazines in September including W Korea, Pop Magazine, and Arena Korea.

The Christmas Tree crooner has chosen different looks for all three magazines. In W Korea, the Cartier ambassador will be showing a multi-faceted portrait of his colorful persona and also open up about his life in an intimate interview. For Arena and Pop Magazine, V will be channeling his ‘dazzling symbol of youth’ persona in Celine clothes.

V’s solo album Layover coming soon

Since the release of V’s Scenery, fans have been demanding a solo album and the wait is finally over as Taetae teased his album Layover is releasing on September 8.

Taehyung’s first album Layover will consist of five tracks including Rainy Days, Blue, Love Me Again, Slow Dancing, For Us, and the bonus track, Slow Dancing’s Piano version.

The first music video of Love Me Again will be released on August 10 at 12 am KST/ August 9, 11am ET.

Taehyung’s solo debut is making fans emotional

After years of waiting, Kim Taehyung fans will be getting an album with five music videos and three magazine covers focusing on the solo debut of the K-pop superstar in September which has been dubbed as the new era of KTH.

Speaking of Taehyung’s solo debut, a fan gushed on Twitter: “feeling a little emotional right now but being a fan of Taehyung since 2018, seeing him grow into the confident man he is today and being able to witness his solo debut that he is so excited about is such a blessing!”

Another overwhelmed fan echoed: “The way Taehyung chose to move for his solo debut, is just so efficiently overwhelming, we literally had to process a whole new world of information and for today alone, we got 3 magazine covers and 2 NEW SONGS for the next 2 DAYS?”

Moreover, Taehyung keeping his pet dog Yeontan as the cover of his album has struck a chord with fans as one tweeted:
