Man, 56, jumps to his death from Upper East Side apartment building in NYC
A 56-year-old jumped to his death from the fourth floor of a swanky Upper East Side townhouse in Manhattan on Tuesday, police believe.
The unnamed man was found in front of 18 East 67th Street, close to Madison avenue, just before 7:30am.
First responders rushed the man to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A police source told the New York Post that the man left behind a note. The Post report indicates that police were speaking with the building's super around 9am.
